This crest is just one part of the VC II project “Identity”, which we were given a small autonomous nation named Melilla located in Morocco but controlled by Spain. The project asked for us to create an identity for Melilla who has lost its identity through Spain and Morocco fighting over its control.
Anyways, this is the created I created for the  Melilla Government. It features antlers which mean “peace and harmony” also the red deer is native to that part of the world. “Una Ut Unus” is Latin for “Together As One” that relates to the nations 4 religions living inside its borders.

For my Visual Communications II class this project was aimed for packaging design, while focusing on a demographic that wasn’t design students. The demographic was “Active Senior Citizens”.
I chose to create my outer packaging in a right triangle. I wanted something that was recognizable, as well able to cut down on material. The box allows for 4 separate smaller boxes to be placed inside that helps organize the materials inside.

This is a page from an entry project geared towards web design. “Design Files” is a fake organization aimed at giving design educators a place to give and receive inspiration, information, and student materials for their classes.
For my site I wanted to create a network for all educators to connect with others all over the globe. The site features a Blog section & a Network Resources section that features designer bios, theory articles, inspiration and tutorials.

Well here it goes.
“Improving Your Memory” is originally a “For Dummies” book, I’ve since dropped that out of the title. This is the first of three redesigns of current self-help books. [still being worked on, along with this one]
This project for my Image II class is aimed at looking into rhetoric’s to find meaning in what we are designing, and also creating consistency throughout each title for easy recognition.
Any comments?

Welcome!

In the midst of creating an actual design site, I decided to create this Tumblr to show recent stuff. Anyways I hope you guys enjoy my stuff, and hopefully I can get some feedback from all of you!

Thanks,
